Association of Lithuanian Banks is participating in different working groups.

Association of Lithuanian Banks is taking part in working groups of the Commission for the Coordination of the Adoption of the Euro in the Republic of Lithuania. The Commission was formed in accordance with the Government Resolution No. 592 of 30 May 2005. The Commission is chaired by the Prime Minister, and the Deputy Chairmen of the Commission are the Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania and the Minister of Finance. The members of the Commission are the Minister of Social Security and Labour, the Minister of Economy, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Agriculture, and the Director General of the Department of Statistics under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. Six working groups have been set up to consider particular issues and present respective conclusions to the Commission.

Association of Lithuanian Banks is participating in Cash Working Group (chaired by a member of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania) and Business Environment Working Group (chaired by Secretary of the Ministry of Economy).

Also there are committees and working groups in Association of Lithuanian Banks established. Coordination Committee and E-banking Standard Committee are working constantly in Association.
